Billing Information: With your permission as part of the check out process, deliveries will be billed to your credit card of record. We accept  major credit cards -- VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. For safety, your credit card information is encrypted and locked so that it may not be viewed by outside parties, employees, or customer service representatives. Key Coffee Roaster will never display your complete credit card number on-screen.

Return Policy: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, Key Coffee Roaster will gladly exchange it or replace it within the first 30 days from the ship date, so please notify Key Coffee Roaster right away! We are unable to accept returns after 30 days from the ship date.   On any individual product purchases that are returned, you will receive a credit for the full price that you paid for the product, and you will only incur the shipping cost, which would not be refunded. This 30-day return policy applies to all orders with the exception of promotional offers, for the Café Express or other club and non-club products with which a gift item/premium is included at an introductory promotional price.

Prices: All prices are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Key Coffee Roaster.

Shipment Arrival Time: Your coffee will be fresh roasted-to-order after you place your order, usually the next day. It typically takes 48 - 72 hours to roast and ship coffee orders. Shipping dates may be impacted by weekends and holidays. Orders are sent via USPS or UPS. Depending on your location, shipping times range from 1 to 10 days.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on weight, delivery method, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. If we incur increased costs for shipping and processing to certain addresses, an additional surcharge may be assessed. P.O. boxes, APO addresses, and shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico are assessed an additional $4 shipping charge ($8 for packages weighing more than 10 lbs.). Currently, we do not ship internationally.
